Description
I received my Bachelors of Arts degree at Columbia College Chicago in Film and Video concentrating on editing in 2007. I have edited many different types of genres such as comedy, documentary, commercial, horror, experimental, short, and feature-length narrative. I have been a freelance editor steadily since 2008 and I also have on set experience as a Data Asset Technician and Script Supervisor. Recently, I assistant edited the award winning narrative feature, Hannah Free, and co-edited a feature documentary on Huntington’s Disease, and co-edited narrative feature, LAID: Life as its Dealt. Ever since I was young I’ve been interested in the creative challenge of putting things together. I also love figuring out how things work. I put these interests towards my editing today. Editing to me is taking actions and dialogue and piecing them together to create unique moments.
