Cinefile, Inc., and/or its affiliates (“Cinefile”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates Cinefile.com (the “Site”) which provides a social network and profiling platform developed specifically to connect movie enthusiasts with those working in the movie industry, while at the same time promoting and supporting movies and the movie industry at large. The services provided by Cinefile through the functionality of the Site include any Cinefile branded URL and incorporated herein by reference. The term “you” refers to a member or user of the Site.
You may terminate your account at any time. Cinefile will never provide your information, including email addresses, physical address and personal information to any third-parties for use of emailing you, spamming you or contacting you for any reason. However, Cinefile reserves the right to use computer cookies to maintain your logins and actions on the Site. We also reserve the right to use your information for Cinefile statistical and demographic analysis, including sending of Cinefile emails and newsletters pertaining to Cinefile updates, news, member alerts, website information and other Cinefile information. Members Information Sharing and Disclosure We will display your Personal Information in your profile page and elsewhere through the website. Email Policies We use your Personal Information to send you email updates on various Site information including variety of transactional emails (such as when users post comments to your profile page) and the occasional Site announcement. Members who agree to the terms and conditions of the Cinefile Terms of Service Agreement are given the opportunity to opt in to receiving such communications from us in the future. You have full control regarding which of these emails you want to receive. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such communications from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications or update your account settings by simply clicking "My Cinefile" at the top right corner of any page.
