Share your Movie Industry Voice, Ideas & Commentary on Cinefile.com...
We Will Promote You!

Cinefile's blog is always looking to promote the ideas, insights and commentary of movie industry people and professionals who are looking to get their voice heard.  All writers would be volunteering their writing to us. We will promote you and link back to your website. Please see the details below.

This is an opportunity to write!  and... showcase your movie knowledge, industry knowledge and/or your passion. In addition, it's a good opportunity to get yourself promoted. This is also an opportunity to be part of a new platform focused entirely on helping to grow, support and promote a rapidly evolving "New-Media" movie industry. The Cinefile platform is unique and we expect our growth to continue.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

#1 -  We are not asking for ownership of your writing, only the right to use it here.

#2 -  Candidates must possess solid writing fundamentals. If you're writing is very poor, we probably will decline it.

#3 -  If your writing is accepted, we will mention your name, your business, your project or whatever else you may want to get promoted. Just let us know. We will link to you as you desire and we will  promote your writing piece on our homepage for 3 days and also within our entire social media presence. (ie. Facebook, Twitter, Myspace, etc)

#4 - IMPORTANT! We are not interested in writing about contemporary, mainstream Hollywood.  That is not what Cinefile is about. Our goal is to shed light on and write about the following subjects:

• Independent Cinema & Filmmakers

• DIY Filmmakers

• Commentary on Indie-Industry Trends and Overall Indie-Industry Insight.

• Interesting People and Organizations Doing New & Interesting Things with Motion Pictures

• Digital and Film-Based Social Media

• Arthouse Cinema

• International Cinema

• Transmedia

• Interesting Movie Events

• Interesting "Movie-Based" Businesses or Projects

Incredible Time-Lapse, Tilt-Shift Remix Of Rear Window, by Jeff Desom

Rear Window Remix

This is an astonishing video and if you're a fan of the film it makes it even more astonishing knowing how he put this together in such a beautiful, seamless remix of scenes from the amazing set Hitchcock had designed. This is a real treat. It's the best thing I've seen on Vimeo in a while.
